We offer an evaluation service where we commit to having evaluated and ascertained the precise root cause of the problems along with all costs (including parts) within 1 working day of receipt of the machine. There is a small evaluation fee for this service but this goes against any additional costs incurred if you opt to proceed with the recommended work.

Once we receive the go ahead and have approval to proceed we can usually repair the machine within one working day. We carry a broad range and cross section of parts and have most suppliers within 24 hour delivery. There may however be some limited cases when the parts may need to come from the US or ASIA and this can typically take 2-3 days additional days. Our pricing structure is very open and clear and no work whatsoever is carried out with additional charges without fully explaining and clearing it first with the customer.
